Mid-century inspired bathroom renovation in Rush Creek Village, Worthington, Ohio featuring Zia Tile Raching Green Zellige shower surround, terrazzo-look floor tile, custom walnut vanity with brass hardware, and modern brass fixtures.

Usonian Bathroom Renovation

This renovation took place in a remarkable home, nestled in a neighborhood where each residence was originally crafted by students of Frank Lloyd Wright. The architecture itself - and the Usonian philosophy of thoughtful, functional, nature-connected living guided every design decision.

For the floors, we selected a stunning travertine that reflects the natural materials of the era while offering a fresh, modern update for today. The walls are finished in Zia Tile’s Raching Green Zellige, a richly textured surface that adds depth and mood while echoing the green tones of the surrounding landscape. The result is a space that feels both rooted in the spirit of its history and renewed for contemporary living.
